The Children’s Society has published a report which examines the latest trends in children’s wellbeing in the UK. Findings from the report include: around 6% of children aged 10-15 in the UK are unhappy with their lives; girls are more likely to feel unhappy with their appearance compared with boys; happiness with school and school work was significantly lower among children in lower income households, and over half of parents and carers feel that the Covid-19 pandemic had a negative impact on the education of their child or children.
