The Department of Health and Social Care has published a policy report as part of the early years healthy development review to improve babies’ and children’s healthy development in their first 1,001 days of life in England. The report sets out six action areas to improve outcomes for babies and children, including: establishing Family Hubs where parents can access services; design digital, virtual and telephone offers around family needs; and ensure local and national accountability.
