Action for Children has published a report looking at the experience of parents using early years services in England. Findings from a survey of more than 2,000 parents of 0 to 5-year-olds between June and July 2021, found that: 82% said they had either been unable, or struggled, to access a service; 78% of parents who had been unable to access a service said they were worried about the impact of that on them or their child.
