The Department for Education (DfE) and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) have published the first in a programme of work to establish which evidence-based actions the government and partners could take to reduce the number of young people involved in serious violence and other offences. The analysis looks at the education and children’s social care background of children who had been cautioned or sentenced for an offence.
