The Child Trafficking Advice Centre [CTAC] has published a report looking at the experiences of children forced into migration through northern France into the UK. Findings from a study of case files from 196 referrals to CTAC relating to children being moved from France between August 2016 and November 2017 found that: the youngest children referred to CTAC were nine years old with 15 being the most common age for a child being referred. A workbook, for professionals to use when working with children who have been forced into migration to help explore their experiences prior to arriving in the UK, has been published alongside the report.
