Public Health England (PHE) has published guidance outlining how the education, social care, criminal justice and voluntary sectors and others can work together to support vulnerable children and young people and prevent them offending and re-offending. Collaborative approaches to preventing offending and re-offending by children (CAPRICORN) sets out a framework to help local authorities prevent young people offending and re-offending, and describes actions that local partnerships can take.
