UNICEF has published a report produced by the Refugee Support Network looking at how far refugee and asylum-seeking children are able to access their right to education. Findings from freedom of information requests to local authorities in England, Scotland and Wales, interviews and focus group discussions with refugee children and interviews with experts from across the three countries indicate that while standards are high in the global context, the right to education is not implemented consistently and targets are not being fully met.
