Serious violence: £200m fund opens to youth projects

A £200m government fund to tackle rising levels of serious youth violence by supporting projects that help vulnerable children aged between 10 and 14, has opened to bids.

The Youth Endowment Fund will support projects designed to steer vulnerable young people away from crime. 

Plans for the £200m Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) were announced by the government in October 2018.
