The Children’s Commissioner for Wales has published a report looking at how children, young people and families who seek support for a range of needs often find that they have to navigate a complex system. The report focusses on children and young people with complex emotional wellbeing or mental health needs and young people with learning disabilities who are transitioning to adult service and the role of the Regional Partnership Boards.
