Say It With Your Chest has published new resources and a report on the school exclusion system which outlines strategies for reducing the amount of exclusions in schools in England. The resources have been created to share learning from the organisation’s work over the past five years. The report highlights concerns around school exclusions and provides recommendations which include: invest in specialist in-school support to help schools to manage challenging behaviour; and ensure all new and existing teachers receive effective behaviour management training.
